Key Responsibilities
- Accurately locate vehicle breakdowns across the U.S. and Canada using digital mapping tools
- Communicate clearly and professionally via phone and email
- Coordinate with drivers, fleet dispatchers, and tire vendors to arrange timely tire replacements
- Follow detailed customer profiles to ensure accurate service and product fulfillment
- Enter critical service information into our system in real-time during calls
Qualifications
- Full fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with sharp attention to detail
- At least 1–2 years of customer service experience
- Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
- Confident navigation of online tools and mapping applications
- A personal computer, two monitors, USB headset, external mouse
- Reliable high-speed internet (cable or fiber) that meets our tech requirements
