What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Entry and Customer Service Associate position at Eagle Specialty Products, Inc.?
Eagle Specialty Products, Inc. is a manufacturer, distributor, and warehouse provider of raw materials and finished goods for the paint and coatings industry. We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join our team and assist in the processing of customer orders and shipments using Sage 100 software. Experience with SAP is a bonus, but not required. Applicant must be able to multi-task effectively, type proficiently, and handle inbound phone calls.
Health insurance begins the first of the month after hire date, 5 days paid vacation upon start (30 day probationary period), 10 days after 1 year, 15 days after 2 years, 20 days after 5 years, 25 days after 8 years, 30 days after 12 years. Company paid short-term disability, and 401k matching are additional benefits.
