RN/LPN – Daytime Shift (Part-Time or PRN Availability)
About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse (RN/LPN) to join our team at Eagle’s View Supportive Living and Memory Care. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality care while supporting the physical, emotional, and overall well-being of our residents.
You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care, while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for those we serve. Your presence and clinical expertise will help foster a safe, supportive, and positive environment within our community.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current RN or LPN license in the state of Illinois
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or geriatric nursing
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents’ health status and needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor, document, and communicate resident progress and changes in condition
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Educate residents and families on health management and care plans
