Role Description
The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in providing exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This full-time position is on-site at our Rialto, CA location. Day-to-day responsibilities include answering customer inquiries via phone or email, assisting with order processing, and collaborating with sales and production teams to meet customer needs. The role also involves maintaining accurate records and ensuring a positive customer experience.
