We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to assist with the maintenance, safety, and visitor experience at Falls. This role offers an opportunity to work in a scenic natural environment, contributing to the preservation and enjoyment of one of the area's most popular attractions. The position is ideal for those who appreciate outdoor settings and are committed to providing excellent visitor service. All roles are paid positions, including internships, ensuring valuable experience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and safety around the falls and surrounding areas, including trails, viewing platforms, and facilities
• Assist visitors by providing information about the site, safety guidelines, and local attractions
• Monitor environmental conditions and report any hazards or maintenance needs to management
• Support conservation efforts by ensuring adherence to park rules and regulations
• Assist with event setup or educational programs as needed
• Perform routine inspections of equipment and infrastructure to ensure safety standards are met

Skills

• Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Basic knowledge of environmental conservation practices is a plus
• Ability to lift moderate loads and perform physical tasks related to trail maintenance or facility upkeep
• Prior experience in customer service or outdoor recreation is advantageous but not required
• A passion for nature, environmental preservation, and providing excellent visitor experiences
