Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position in Los Angeles, CA, for a Pre-School Office Administrator. Responsibilities include managing student records, scheduling, parent communication, staff coordination, supply management, and ensuring compliance with licensing and safety regulations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and committed to supporting the smooth daily operations of a thriving school community.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Brightwheel, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar), and experience working on a Mac platform.
- Prior experience in a school environment required; Montessori experience preferred.
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree required (education, administration, or related field preferred).
