Eagle River Investments is looking for a dependable and detail-focused Packaging Technician to join our cannabis manufacturing team in Lafayette, Colorado. What You’ll Do:
- Package, label, and prepare finished cannabis products for distribution
- Assist weekly with harvests and post cultivation tasks e.g. (hanging, deleafing, bagging)
- Ensure all products meet quality and compliance standards through routine QC checks
- Assist with packaging wholesale orders and lab testing sample pulling
- Conduct routine quality control checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Accurately complete work orders and production documentation
- Organize and maintain WIP (work-in-progress) areas
- Cleaning of workstations and facility
- Assist with additional production tasks as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be 21 years of age or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Trustworthy, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team
- Strong manual dexterity with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Comfortable using computers and basic production software
- METRC proficiency desired but not required
- Possession of a valid Colorado MED Badge or ability to obtain one
