Job Summary
Rental property management company seeking an individual to conduct maintenance and repairs on rentals and renovations of house flip projects in Montgomery, Fulton and Schenectady counties. Ideal candidate would reside in Montgomery county to be centrally located. Potential for full time as we expand our business.
Duties
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment
- Residential painting projects to maintain property aesthetics and curb appeal
- Inspect facilities regularly to identify potential hazards or repairs needed, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Assist with facilities upgrades or modifications based on project plans and schematics
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing resident concerns promptly and professionally
- Lead safety initiatives and ensure adherence to all health and safety protocols during maintenance activities
Experience
- General carpentry construction and repair
- Electrical experience with knowledge of schematics, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting electrical systems
- Plumbing systems repair and assembly
- HVAC diagnostic and repair is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and resident interaction
- Hands-on experience with residential painting projects.
