What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment and machinery
- Perform preventative maintenance on foundry equipment, wax presses, furnaces, conveyors, pumps, compressors, and facility systems
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Install, modify, and improve production equipment as needed
- Complete work orders and maintenance documentation accurately
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
- Assist with facility maintenance projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Follow all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a clean work environment

Requirements
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in manufacturing or foundry environments
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, and industrial equipment
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
- Team-oriented mindset and commitment to safety
- Familiarity with lockout/tagout, confined space, and other safety procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work overtime or off-shifts as needed to support production
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds
- Occasionally lift up to 75 pounds with assistance
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in varying temperatures throughout the shift
- Ability to work around industrial machinery and foundry equipment
