Your expertise in metal building erection, concrete forming, and various carpentry disciplines will be essential in transforming blueprints into reality. Responsibilities

• Erect metal buildings with precision, following schematics and safety protocols
• Perform concrete forming, finishing, and rebar installation to ensure structural integrity
• Manage and assist with framing carpentry, including woodworking and trim carpentry tasks
• Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to facilitate construction activities
• Read blueprints and schematics accurately to guide project execution
• Install siding, stucco, roofing, and other exterior finishes with attention to detail
• Conduct masonry work, plastering, and restoration tasks as needed on various projects
• Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship
• Assist in the operation of heavy equipment for site preparation and material handling
• Maintain a clean and organized work site while adhering to safety standards at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on metal building erection and concrete forming
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles and safety procedures
• Skilled in rebar installation, concrete finishing, masonry, roofing, and siding techniques
• Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
• Experience with framing carpentry including woodworking, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, and restoration work
• Physical ability for heavy lifting, climbing scaffolds or ladders, and working in various weather conditions
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
