What You’ll Do
- Run in-home consultations with residential customers
- Assess comfort needs and recommend customized HVAC solutions
- Build rapport and earn trust through honest, clear communication
- Present proposals using company software and tools
- Follow up with customers and manage your own sales pipeline
- Coordinate with install and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Hit or exceed monthly sales targets with integrity and professionalism
What You Bring
- 2 or more years of in-home or direct sales experience (HVAC, solar, alarms, pest control, or similar)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivation, accountability, and a goal-oriented mindset
- The ability to adapt, learn quickly, and think on your feet
- Familiarity with proposal software and CRM systems preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- A genuine desire to help customers make the best decision for their home
