Role Description
This is an on-site role for a Physical Therapist located in Baltimore, MD. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing customized treatment plans, and conducting physical therapy sessions to aid in recovery and improve mobility. Additional responsibilities include educating patients about home care exercises, monitoring progress, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation practices
- Strong expertise in Medicine and Patient Care
- Ability to create and guide patients through tailored Home Care regimens
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Maryland
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients
- Ability to work effectively on a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Experience in specialized areas such as geriatric care, orthopedics, or sports therapy is a plus.
