We are currently hiring a Pest Control Technician to join our team of service professionals. Whether you're experienced or just getting started, we provide the training and support you need to succeed!
What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality pest control services to both residential and commercial clients.
- Communicate professionally with customers to explain services, findings, and treatment plans.
- Build rapport and trust with clients while identifying opportunities for additional services.
- Maintain daily service records and meet performance goals.
- Manage your own pest control route with reliability and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Sales-minded approach to identify customer needs.
- Strong organizational skills to track daily service and sales activity.
- Valid WA pest control license (preferred) or willingness to obtain one (we provide paid training!)
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
- Ability to perform work with 24ft Ladder
