We are looking for someone with Outstanding Customer Service qualities, someone who wants to work in a fast paced position that will challenge them every day.
In the role of Account Representative, you will interact directly with customers by phone and face-to-face contact in our beautiful office environment. You will:
- Provide program descriptions to new customers interested in a loan or loan conversion
- Establish new customer accounts
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to qualify applicants for loans
- Provide pricing, terms and loan amount information in a clear and concise manner
- Manage customer accounts
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Receive and document customer payments
- Perform reminder calls and friendly collection calls on past due accounts
- Record details of inquiries
- Maintain and update customer databases
Requirements
- Must be comfortable in a team environment. We believe in lifting one another up and supporting each other every day!

- Must be kind and friendly and willing to go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service!
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
