What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant (part-time) position at EAGLE LAKE MANUFACTURING?
Eagle Lake Mfg is a Growing Precision Machine Shop located in Sauk Centre, MN. We are currently looking for an Office Assistant. We do require that you have a High Attention to Detail and are Dependable and Hard Working. Computer experience in an office environment is required.
*Job Duties*
1) Work with Shipping to coordinate daily shipments.
2) Use Excel and Word to create shipping Documents.
3) Close out and file Job Packets.
4) Help with HR responsibilities, employee training, reviews etc...
5) Enter and manage Data into our Manufacturing Software "Fulcrum"
6) Office Housekeeping

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Office Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
