Eagle Industrial Builders, LLC is seeking a Project Accountant to support financial management of industrial, commercial, and manufacturing construction projects. This role will work closely with project managers and field teams to ensure accurate billing, cost tracking, and subcontractor payment processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage monthly owner billings (AIA/G702/G703 or similar)
- Track and maintain project insurance compliance
- Collect, review, and track subcontractor and supplier lien waivers
- Assemble and review subcontractor pay applications and supporting documentation
- Coordinate and prepare payment packages for approval
- Assist with project cost tracking and financial reporting
- Support preconstruction efforts including bid leveling and cost comparisons
- Maintain organized and accurate project financial records
- Work with project teams to ensure contract and compliance requirements are met
Qualifications
- 3 years of project accounting experience in construction or related industry
- Strong understanding of construction billing, lien waivers, and subcontractor pay processes
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with project teams and subcontractors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard accounting practices
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Textura, CMiC, or similar construction accounting platforms
- Familiarity with AIA billing formats and construction contract requirements
- Experience supporting industrial or commercial construction projects
