Position Summary
Eagle Hill School, a college-prep board school located in Hardwick, MA, is seeking to hire highly motivated, hardworking, and energetic individual to join our custodial and housekeeping team.
This position is specifically for cleaning the Archipley Cultural Center on campus. The hours are Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Window cleaning
- Restroom Cleaning
- Vacuuming
- Dusting
- Trash Removal
- Floor cleaning with commercial machines
Schedule
- Year-round, full time schedule
- 2:00pm - 10:00pm, Monday through Friday
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and/or Holidays as needed
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be flexible regarding scheduling based on business demands
- Successful completion of background check
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to push/pull up to 50 lbs.;
- Able to bend, stretch, and twist
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to climb multiple flights of stairs on daily basis and walk frequently
- Able to work with chemicals according to directions
