Who we're looking for
We are seeking a part-time manager that will be responsible for executing daily security tasks, helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. This is for a 40-hour week position which will be typically stationed at our KGB office, but you will be asked to fill in at our other locations when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about storage solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Develop and maintain a friendly relationship with new and existing customers
Qualifications:
- Be a people person (know that your smile is contagious)
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients (aka make friends with everyone)
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor (smile)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both with a team and independently
- Be willing to work outside of the office when needed (shoveling snow/sweeping units)
Experience:
One year of customer service is required. You must show that you have the problem solving, positive attitude and dependability qualities that our business relies on. You must also prove to be coach-able and a quick learner.
Hours:
40 hours per week. Training schedule will be half days (9am-1pm) for 1 week, and then full time starting the 2nd week. Typical schedule will be 4.5 days between M-F, and a rotating 10am-2pm shift on saturday. On the weeks you don't work saturday, you would work a normal 9am-5pm for M-F.
Compensation & Benefits:
You will start between $14-$18/hour depending on:
- You problem solving skills
- Ability to learn and retain information well
- How efficiently you train
