Director of Cross-Border Growth – U.S. & Mexico
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, or Detroit (Preferred)

This position is ideal for a high-performing business development professional with proven success developing new business within transportation, logistics, freight forwarding, or cross-border supply chain environments.
The selected candidate will play a critical role in expanding market presence, opening strategic customer relationships, and accelerating commercial growth across North America.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute business development strategies focused on U.S.–Mexico cross-border logistics.
• Generate new business opportunities with enterprise-level customers.
• Build relationships with decision-makers within manufacturing, industrial, automotive, retail, and distribution sectors.
• Identify opportunities for FTL, LTL, intermodal, expedited, warehousing, and integrated logistics solutions.
• Expand existing customer relationships and uncover additional revenue opportunities.
• Represent the organization at customer meetings, industry events, and strategic business discussions.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to develop customized logistics solutions.
Required Qualifications
Experience
• 8 years of experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or supply chain sales.
• Demonstrated success in business development and territory growth.
• Strong hunter mentality with proven ability to generate new revenue.
• Experience selling complex logistics solutions rather than transactional transportation services.
Industry Background
Experience within one or more of the following:
• Cross-Border Transportation (U.S.–Mexico)

• Expedited / Time-Critical Logistics
