As a Warehouse Tech at Eagle Distributing, you’ll build experience across the entire warehouse - from order building, receiving to inventory, loading, equipment operation, sanitation, and facility support.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Pick and prepare orders: Use picking technology to assemble, organize, label, and secure customer orders.
• Receive and move freight: Receive inbound products and load or unload side- and end-load trailers.
• Manage inventory: Rotate stock, consolidate pallets, assist with physical counts, and help resolve discrepancies or damage.
• Operate equipment: Safely use powered hand trucks, sit-down forklifts, pallet riders, and shrink-wrap equipment.
• Maintain accurate records: Use scanners and software to receive inventory and complete required documentation.
• Keep the warehouse ready: Assist with cleaning, sanitation, organization, and facility maintenance.
• Support the team: Step into other warehouse functions whenever coverage is needed.
• Follow all company safety and operating procedures.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment
• Ability to repeatedly lift, load, push, and pull a high volume of cases weighing 20–45 pounds during 8–10-hour shifts
• A willingness to learn, stay flexible, and help wherever needed
