Assisted Living Resident Care Assistant

Full-Time, Part-Time, and Casual Call - Available Shifts: These positions participate in the on-call weekend and holiday rotations.

• AM: FT Monday - Friday 7:00-3:30 pm (72 hrs/pp) with holiday and variable on-call weekend rotation
• PM: PT EOW 3:00-6:00 pm (6 hrs/pp)
• PM: PT 3:30 PM- 6:30 pm (12 hrs/pp)
• NOC: PT EOW 10:30-6:30 am (16 hr/ pp) with holiday and on-call rotation

Assisted Living Resident Care Assistant

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Resident Care Assistant in this role to support the 30 residents in our Assisted Living residence.

What You’ll Do

• Assist residents with personal cares, daily activities while helping them maintain as much independence and dignity as possible
• Other responsibilities could include medication management, light housekeeping, and a variety of other tasks
• Memory Care cross-training

What You’ll Need

• Previous direct care experience, preferred
• Experience with medication management, CNA. and/or CBRF certification is beneficial, but not required - We will train the right fit for our team!
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• If under the age of 18, we can assist in getting you a waiver to work.

Our Wages

• Starting Range: $18.75 - $20.75 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Increases upon orientation completion and regular wage reviews – we pay for high performance!
• $3.00 NOC differential; Also includes Weekend Differential and on-call and pick-up incentives.

Qualifications for Higher Wages

• CNA Training (any state)
• Completion of all 4 CBRF classes prior to hire
• CNA, Resident Care, or Home Health Experience
• Full-time position
