Life Enrichment Support Aide
Part-Time and Casual Call Opportunities Available
- Part-Time: 40 hours every two weeks - typically 6 hour shifts, 8am-12pm, 12pm-4pm and 4-8pm. Position includes every other weekend.
Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Life Enrichment Support Aide to join the Eagle Crest South team in La Crosse! Bring your fun, caring, and energetic personality with you when you join our team!
What You’ll Do
- Be a great benefit to our nursing department through your support and assistance to certified staff with daily resident routines
- Transportation to meals and activities
- Bed-making and laundry services
- Pass snacks and water to capable residents, assist with mealtime needs, and a variety of other tasks
- Assist and enhance the day to day lives of our residents by coordinating and leading large and small group activities
- Visit 1:1 with residents
- Previous experience working with the aging population is preferred, but not required - we will train the right fit for our team!
- Must be an enthusiastic and high energy individual with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Our starting rate is $16.50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
- We pay for high performance! We will review your wage at six months.
