Great position for WisCaregiver participants who have not worked in healthcare yet! We’ll get you started in the CNA role when you begin your CNA training!

CNA Shifts are 4, 8, and 12 hours in length
While training, hours are flexible. Upon certification shifts are 8-12 hours scheduled, with shorter shift pick-ups available.

What You’ll Do
- Assist and enhance the day to day lives of our residents through compassionate care and creating a positive atmosphere.
- Transport residents to meals and activities
- Make resident’s beds
- Pass snacks and water
- Various other tasks
- Must have a genuine interest in caring for seniors
- Our starting rate is $17.00 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications.
- We pay for high performance! We will review your wage at six months.
- Available at 50 hours/pay period: Health & Dental Insurance, Health Reimbursement, Health Savings, and/or Flexible Spending Accounts, Life and AD&D Insurance, Long and Short Term Disability, Paid Leave Time
