What You’ll Do
- Provide a continuum of quality and compassionate care to meet the physical, social and spiritual needs of our residents
- Provide care supervision and leadership and delegation to licensed and unlicensed staff in the provision of care.
- Assist in supervising the RCAC staff, to include training, back-up payroll, performance management, in-services and monthly staff meetings
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin, or the ability to obtain licensure by the established start date.
- 2-3 years of experience in a leadership and/or supervisory capacity in healthcare or a related field; preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices; preferred.
- Must have great communication skills that allow effective and professional conversations among staff, the public, residents, pharmacies, etc.
- Valid driver's license; must maintain a safe driving record.
- Experience working with computers and the ability and willingness to adapt to new software and programs.
