We are currently looking for a Traveling Project Manager to join our Controls team. The location for position is flexible and can be based anywhere, depending on project needs and assignments. Our ideal candidate for a Traveling Project Manager is someone who has 7 years of experience and can collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

Primary responsibilities for eagle’s Traveling Project Manager include:

• Supporting Project Managers in overseeing the full lifecycle of BAS projects, from design and installation to programming and commissioning for commercial facilities.
• Working closely with engineers and technicians to develop detailed system layouts, wiring diagrams, and project plans using tools like AutoCAD and Revit.
• Coordinating with contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless integration of BAS with HVAC, energy management, and mechanical systems.
• Assisting with configuring and troubleshooting DDC controls and BACnet communication protocols to optimize system performance.
• Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project completion.

Primary qualifications for eagle’s Traveling Project Manager include:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in BAS, controls, or HVAC project coordination, preferably within the commercial mechanical construction industry.
• Proficiency with BACnet, DDC controls, and BAS platforms; familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and Visio is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proven working experience in the St. Louis and Nashville areas, demonstrating reliability and long-term commitment to projects.
