Responsibilities
- Support the lead teacher in classroom management and lesson execution
- Assist with child supervision and ensure a safe learning environment
- Prepare and set up activities aligned with the established curriculum
- Monitor and support positive behavior among children
- Communicate occasionally with parents regarding child progress and classroom activities under the guidance of the lead teacher
- Collaborate effectively with the teaching team to enhance classroom operations
- Maintain cleanliness and order during and after activities
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
