This is an existing location open about a year and we are hiring some additional staff.

Job Summary
You will serve high quality espresso based drinks made with our private label specialty coffee. We also offer a selection of freshly roasted coffee in single origins, blends, organics, and even 100% Estate coffee. In addition to coffee, we have a rich, smoky Cold Brew, real fruit smoothies, ice cold frappes, freshly baked pastries, breakfast and lunch sandwiches, and plenty of seating and free wi-fi.
Job responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Preparation of all food and drink products according to standard recipes
- Operate the POS system efficiently to process customer orders and payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Perform basic food preparation tasks as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry or retail environment is preferred.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
- Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Experience with POS is advantageous.
- Strong ability to learn and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards customers and team members.
