Facilities Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to join our team. The Facilities Technician will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting various systems within our two facilities, which are one mile between them.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as HVAC system checks, filter replacements, and equipment inspections
• Conduct repairs on electrical systems including high voltage and low voltage components
• Utilize ammeters and precision measuring instruments to diagnose issues and ensure proper functioning of equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair logic controllers and industrial electrician systems
• Welding tasks as needed for repairs
• Maintain hydraulics systems in optimal condition
• Handle militarise equipment with precision and care
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Facilities Technician or similar role
• Proficiency in HVAC system maintenance and repairs
• Knowledge of high voltage systems and ammeter usage
• Familiarity with low voltage components and logic controllers
• Experience in welding for maintenance tasks
• Ability to work with militarise equipment efficiently
• Understanding of industrial electrician systems and precision measuring instruments
• Strong skills in hydraulics maintenance
