This is a full-time, on-site position for a Salesperson located in our Riverhead, NY location. The Salesperson will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide detailed information about our vehicle inventory, and guide them through the sales process. This role requires conducting test drives, presenting financing and lease options, and maintaining an excellent standard of customer service. Additional responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, meeting sales goals, and contributing to overall dealership success.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Competency in managing the sales process, including vehicle showcasing, test driving coordination, and completing required paperwork
• Organizational and time management abilities, with attention to meeting sales goals and deadlines
• Basic knowledge of financing and lease plans, with a commitment to continuous learning about new products and services
• Enthusiasm for vehicles and a willingness to stay informed about automotive trends and dealership inventory
• Prior sales experience, especially in the automotive retail sector, is preferred but not mandatory
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education and certifications in sales or automotive fields are advantageous
