Eagle ADI is Contracted by General Motors to sell and distribute their products to GM Dealers. Our mission is to provide industry leading service to the GM Dealers in our markets, resulting in outstanding customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of GM Dealership profitability. We are looking for someone to help accomplish the continued success of our Dealers.
The Accessory Territory Sales Manager position is responsible to sell and promote GM Accessories sales processes within the GM Dealerships in the Long Island and 5 Borough Region.
PAY RATE: BASE SALARY ($60,000-$80,000 Annually) COMISSION
Territory Sales Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Accessory Sales Managers work closely with dealership personnel to train, advise and support the sales of GM Accessories
- Territories are assigned monthly sales objectives tied to individual GM dealership objectives
- Performance is based on exceeding 100% of the sales objective
- Consult with dealership managers/executives to improve Accessories sales processes and dealer profitability opportunities
- Develop customized GM Accessories displays, point-of-sale material, and incentive programs to support the sale of Accessories within each assigned dealership
- Create engagement by training dealership personnel on GM Accessories selling processes; includes sales staff, parts departments, and service departments
Qualifications
- The right candidate for this position will have strong personal skills to include excellent communication, organizational, time management and customer service skills
- MUST be a self-starter, this position will be required to work independently
- Strong computer skills
- Territories are assigned monthly sales objectives tied to individual GM dealership objectives; Performance is based on assigned territory sales objectives
- Consult with dealership managers/executives to improve GM Accessories sales processes and dealer profitability opportunities
- Create engagement by training dealership personnel on GM Accessories selling processes; includes sales staff, parts departments, service departments and body shops
- Engage with co-workers to share ideas and support one another as needed
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Driver's License (Required)
