• Follow all state license rules, maintain a clean classroom and center, and be the best at what you do.
• Be flexible when overseeing any of the classroom needs, including but not limited to supporting employee breaks across any classroom.
• You will provide support to the facility plans, policies, and regulations and communicate these to the staff, parents, and children with Director oversight.
• Assists the Director with staff conduct and carries out personnel policies for Teachers and Aides.
• Develop weekly lesson plans.

· Assist with inventory.

• Tour and enroll children.
• Provide daily caregiving needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom.

We are looking for someone who. . .

• Is willing to learn and grow as a leader.

· Has a passion for working with young children.

• Meets or exceeds state qualifications for the listed position.
• Has previous experience in Early Childhood Education or related field of work.
• Has completed a college degree or credits in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field.
• Is able to satisfy the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations.
• Has documentation of U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Has the physical abilities to perform the required job duties.
• Has the ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and staff, as well as to understand state licensing regulations and company policies.
• Has the ability to write, speak, and read English fluently.
• Having a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position, daycare, or educational setting is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour based on experience & qualifications.

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

• Bachelors or Associate’s in early childhood education or related field (Required)

• CPR Certification (Preferred)
