Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager will play a key role in growing EADEM’s digital ecosystem across e-commerce, lifecycle, and customer experience. This role combines analytical rigor with creative intuition — helping to drive awareness, conversion, and retention through thoughtful digital initiatives.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners in Creative, Brand, and Operations to ensure every digital touchpoint reflects EADEM’s voice and values. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience executing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels — and is eager to grow into a strategic leader within a high-growth brand environment.
Position Purpose
Your mission is to support and optimize the digital customer journey—from acquisition through long-term loyalty. You’ll help evolve EADEM’s e-commerce and lifecycle marketing programs, using data and creativity to strengthen brand engagement and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & E-Commerce
- Manage EADEM’s e-commerce presence, ensuring the site reflects current campaigns, launches, and messaging.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to optimize UX and conversion performance.
- Support the digital roadmap with testing, analytics, and insights that connect customer experience with business goals.
- Use reporting tools to monitor performance and identify new opportunities for improvement.
Lifecycle & Retention Marketing
- Execute email, SMS, and CRM programs that engage customers and drive repeat purchase.
- Build segmentation and personalization strategies based on customer behavior and product preferences.
- Track key lifecycle KPIs and help translate insights into actionable next steps.
- Collaborate with Creative and Brand teams to deliver consistent and compelling digital content.
Performance & Growth
- Partner with agencies and cross-functional teams on acquisition, retention, and paid media programs.
- Support A/B testing and optimization across channels to balance brand storytelling and performance goals.
- Contribute to reporting dashboards and help communicate results and insights to the broader team.
Analytics & Reporting
- Utilize data-driven insights to continually refine and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns.
- Report on key CRM metrics, including list growth, customer acquisition, repeat revenue, subscriber growth, and LTV.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve CRM platform issues, ensuring optimal functionality.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Creative, Brand, and Operations to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Help manage timelines, briefs, and deliverables across digital projects and campaigns.
- Contribute to team meetings with performance insights and new ideas for growth.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or lifecycle marketing, ideally in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
- Proven ability to execute and optimize campaigns across web, email, and paid channels.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with experience using digital reporting tools.
- Understanding of Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms a plus.
- Creative, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
