EOTO is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Direct Support Professionals to provide quality support to individuals with disabilities and mental health needs.
Available Shifts
Day/Evening Schedule
* Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
* Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
* Every Other Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Awake Overnight Schedule
* Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Weekend Positions
* Every Weekend: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
* Every Other Weekend: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Responsibilities
* Provide direct care and support to individuals served
* Assist with activities of daily living
* Support community integration and recreational activities
* Complete required documentation accurately and timely
* Maintain a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment
* Follow individualized support plans and company policies
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED preferred
* Reliable transportation
* Ability to pass a DHS background study
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience working with individuals with disabilities or mental health needs is a plus
