What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Support Professional (DSP) position at Each One Teach One?
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) first and foremost ensures that all supervision requirements are met for their clients, in accordance with each individuals Coordinated Service Support Plan, and the Individualized Prevention Plan. They assist clients with their daily routines, implement individual program plans, document client progress, and respond to meet service needs, while ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the clients. DSPs perform all job duties in accordance with established policies and procedures contained in the Policy and Procedure Manual and Employee Handbook.
