Responsibilities: - Conduct legal research and analysis on various litigation matters - Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs - Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings - Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients - Provide legal advice and guidance to clients - Manage and prioritize multiple cases simultaneously - Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals on case strategy Experience: - Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school - Admission to the state bar association - Proven experience in litigation, preferably in a law firm setting - Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures related to litigation - Proficiency in legal drafting and research using Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound advice to clients - Strong negotiation and advocacy skills - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities As a Litigation Attorney, you will play a crucial role in representing our clients in various legal matters.
