You'll play a key role in scheduling service calls, supporting field technicians, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects our core values of professionalism, integrity, and care.

Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming service calls and route them appropriately.
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians based on availability and customer needs.
  • Provide friendly, professional customer support and follow-up.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and service details.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and field staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Support billing, data entry, and job tracking as needed.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented office environment.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexibility may be required depending on business needs).

Pay: $20.00 - 24.00 per hour, depending on experience

What We're Looking For:

  • 2 or more years of customer service or administrative experience, preferably in a trades or service-based industry.
  • 1-2 years of Service Titan experience strongly preferred
  • Sales experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with standard office software; scheduling software experience is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
