Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Hilton Head Island, SC
EAC Heating & Air is currently seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our growing office operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized in a busy environment, and working closely with both office staff and field technicians.
As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience through professional communication, efficient scheduling, and strong attention to detail.

- Answer inbound customer calls and assist with service requests
- Schedule and coordinate technician appointments efficiently
- Dispatch service technicians according to availability and urgency
- Maintain accurate customer records and service notes
- Provide follow-up communication and updates to customers
- Assist with billing support, job tracking, and administrative tasks
- Work collaboratively with technicians and office staff to keep operations running smoothly
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service or office administrative experience
- Experience in HVAC, trades, or service industries is preferred
- 1–2 years of ServiceTitan experience is preferred
- Sales background is a plus
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable handling a fast-paced workload
- Familiarity with office software and scheduling systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
