EAC Fence is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Commercial Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, managing projects from sale through installation, and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.
Position Overview
As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to project completion. You will play a key role in representing our company, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to overall sales success.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary starting at $50,000 (depending on experience)
- 2% commission on sales, paid quarterly

Key Responsibilities
- Meet with commercial clients to assess needs and provide solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales and installation process
- Prepare and present sales proposals and product demonstrations
- Communicate detailed job scope and expectations to installation teams
- Manage customer expectations and resolve issues with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution
- Track sales activity and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for leadership
Qualifications
- Experience in commercial sales, construction sales, or business development preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills
Experience in fencing or construction (preferred, not required)
- Blueprint reading skills (a plus)
- Proficiency with computers and software systems (required)
- Ability to walk job sites and assess project conditions
- Strong attention to detail and note-taking skills
