Lead Fence Installer
Location: Clarksville, IN
Pay: Starting at $27 /hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts (Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday)
Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You'll Do
As our Lead Fence Installer, you'll lead a crew of 3–4 installers while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead and mentor a crew of 3–4 team members
- Install commercial and residential fencing including:
- Chain Link
- Wood
- Aluminum
- Vinyl
- Install gates and gate operators
- Dig post holes using hand tools and powered augers
- Mix and pour concrete and set posts
- Operate skid steers, forklifts, and other equipment
- Drive company trucks and trailers to and from job sites
- Load, unload, and secure materials and equipment
- Maintain company vehicles, trailers, and tools
- Communicate professionally with customers and management
- Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe
- Train crew members and lead by example
- Accurately report crew time and job progress
- Follow OSHA standards and company safety procedures at all times
What We're Looking For
Professional fence installation experience is required.
Qualifications:
- Experience installing commercial chain link, wood, aluminum, and vinyl fencing
- Experience operating a skid steer
- Knowledge of gate operators preferred
- Ability to pull a trailer
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Able to lift 85–100 lbs.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic math and measuring skills
- Reliable with excellent attendance
- Fluent in English
Construction experience is a plus.
