Duties

• Monitor and analyze trending topics, hashtags, and user interactions to identify opportunities for engagement and content optimization.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase user participation and platform activity across diverse demographics.
• Respond promptly to user inquiries, feedback, and reports of inappropriate content to maintain a respectful online environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content that aligns with brand messaging and campaign goals.
• Utilize analytics tools to track performance metrics, generate insights, and refine social media tactics for maximum impact.
• Stay informed about emerging social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep the platform innovative and engaging.
• Enforce community guidelines by identifying violations and taking appropriate moderation actions in accordance with policies.
• Support crisis management efforts by providing timely updates and coordinating communication during high-profile events or issues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing social media platforms, preferably in a fast-paced digital environment.
• Strong understanding of Twitter’s features, algorithms, analytics tools, and community standards.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging messages tailored to diverse audiences.
• Ability to analyze data effectively, identify trends, and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and tact while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social or similar platforms is preferred.
• Passion for digital culture, innovation in social media engagement, and fostering inclusive online communities.
