What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and execute day-to-day operations for Flight Experiences programs
- Manage complex logistics for aircraft, crews, volunteers, and tour locations
- Support AirVenture, Pioneer Airport, and nationwide tour operations
- Lead volunteer coordination, including scheduling, communication, and on-site leadership
- Build strong relationships with volunteers and ensure a high-performing, engaged team
- Identify gaps, solve problems, and drive issues through to completion
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Aircraft Operations, Maintenance, Marketing, and Events
- Support planning, budgeting, and vendor coordination
- Continuously look for ways to strengthen program performance and execution
- Work with iconic aircraft, including WWII-era warbirds, vintage airliners, bi-planes, and helicopters
- Play a key role in leading and mobilizing a passionate volunteer community
