What this job involves Lead and supervise technical staff and contractors delivering MEP, building, and furniture maintenance services Serve as the main liaison between contractors and the Team on all technical service matters Ensure all technical services comply with SLAs, statutory requirements, ordinances, and KPI targets Manage preventive and corrective maintenance (including PPM), ensuring timely completion of all work orders and optimal performance of buildings, facilities, systems, and equipment Oversee improvement works, A&A projects, and renovations Handle vendor procurement, performance monitoring, and contract management in line with approved policies Provide support on technical advice, cost-effective maintenance strategies Prepare technical reports on facility performance, failure analysis, energy efficiency, reliability, and sustainability Conduct routine inspections and submit inspection reports Provide 24/7 emergency response support Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications Desired experience and technical skills Required Degree or above in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services Engineering or a related field Professional qualifications (e.g., HKIE, CIBSE, IMechE) are advantageous. Valid Registered Electrical Worker Certificate Class C0 or above. Minimum 10 years of technical services experience, including at least 6 years in a managerial role overseeing FM/PM operations Proven excellence in people management—able to lead, coach, and develop high-performing technical teams Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage contractor relationships. Self-motivated, able to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision. Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, with strong report-writing capability.
