Knitting Machine Operator

• Job title: Pay – Threading/Knitting
• Location: 141 Wideawake St Pine Grove, PA
• Duration: 6 months contract with (possible extension)
• Shift: 2nd shift (3PM-11PM) and 3rd shift (11PM-7AM)

As a member of the Knitting team, the Threader will be responsible for threading yarn into the knitting machines.

The Role:

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

• Pointing and threading ends in straight from beams to sley points to guides.
• Maintaining the guide bar and threading the yarn into it.
• Knit fabric into the bar.

• Exceptional work performance and attendance record is a must.
• Physically able to work hands-on in a manufacturing environment – manual dexterity, visual acuity, and speed.
• Ability to follow specific written work instructions and record data and information.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written

Your Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED
• Must be able to pass Background Check and Drug Screening
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand for a prolonged amount of time.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $16.50 - $17.25 per hour
