What are the responsibilities and job description for the RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT PROGRAM STAFF-GRAVEYARD position at EA Losh STRTP?
We are looking for GRAVEYARD help at this time.
Must be 21 years of age.
Staff must meet at least ONE of the requirements below.
STATE LICENSING REQUIRES TWO YEARS varifiable full-time experience, or equivalent, working with children or teens. (Experience shall be verified as having been performed as a paid or volunteer staff person whose duties required direct supervision of children or teens.) Foster parenting would qualify with two years of experience.

Bachelor of Arts or Sciences degree
Our six-bed facility is located in Lodi, Ca. We serve girls 7-14 who have behavior challenges and emotional issues that require extra supervision and love. Our facility is a 24 Hour/ Seven Day operation. Must be available for all shifts but we currently looking for graveyard shifts. Must have a good driving record with automobile insurance. We strive to provide EXCELLENT CARE for our kiddos. Staff must be willing to perform all aspects of childcare, transportation, cooking, light cleaning, laundry, etc. Must be willing to attend mandatory (paid) training of at least 40 hours per year. It is important that you are a team player. Must be committed to long-term employment, as tender hearts are involved.
Qualified sudents might find this job desirable, as there is usually time to work on homework when regular duties are finished, as long as regular bed checks are done.
