Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Develop sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Partner with hiring managers on staffing needs, candidate evaluation, and hiring decisions.
- Build candidate pipelines and support hard-to-fill positions.
- Maintain ATS records and track recruiting metrics.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and support employee training.
- Ensure compliance with hiring practices and maintain confidentiality.
- Improve recruiting processes and support talent acquisition initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience recruiting for multiple roles and departments.
- Knowledge of ATS, sourcing tools, and recruiting platforms.
- Strong interviewing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, proactive, and results-driven.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
