Job Summary: The Provider Contracts Specialist onboards providers into programs in a timely and accurate manner. This person will ensure the provider experiences a satisfactory enrollment while confirming documents are complete and provider information is entered into EA systems. The Specialist provides ongoing feedback regarding client requests, dissatisfaction, and process updates to the Director of Client Services.
This position is fully remote.
Essential Functions:
- Assist in conducting monthly webinars for newly contracted providers, educating them on program process and important contractual requirements.
- Establish first contact with providers onboarding into Programs.
- Routinely follow-up with providers to ensure all documents are completed and returned in a timely manner.
- Enter information from documents received into EA systems accurately and efficiently.
- Address contract questions or comments in a timely and professional manner.
- Implement provider contract amendments and notify providers of changes.
- Report to Client Services Director escalated issues or complaints with recommended resolutions.
- Update template packets when requested and file away executed PSAs.
- Works with the Payer Enrollment department in exchanging completed payer enrollment documents in a timely manner.
- Respond to general calls and emails received by the department in connection to program questions or concerns.
- Assist the department with special projects assigned by the Client Services Director
- Maintain information and data in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Previous contract processing experience preferred.
- Data entry, excellent customer service and time management skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and problem solve, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, impeccable communication skills and positive attitude.
