Position Overview
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced mid-level Geologist or Environmental Engineer in our Virginia Beach, VA office. The mid-level Geologist or Environmental Engineer will support CERCLA and remedial activities for federal and private clients.

Pay Range
$65,000—$70,000 USD

Position Overview
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced mid-level Geologist or Environmental Engineer in our Virginia Beach, VA office. The mid-level Geologist or Environmental Engineer will support CERCLA and remedial activities for federal and private clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for fieldwork that includes sampling of soil, groundwater, and sediment.
- Perform and monitor well installations.
- Prepare and support document preparation such as Work Plans, Quality Assurance Plans, and summary reports.
- S. degree (M.S. degree preferred) in geology, hydrogeology, environmental engineering, or related field.
- Professional Geologist (PG) or Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.
- 3-4 years of field investigation, environmental drilling, and report preparation experience.
- Must have CERCLA and remedial investigation experience.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) required.
- Strong technical writing skills.
- Ability to travel
