Duties
* Cleaning rooms and lobby. Follow room cleaning procedure. (Training will be provided).
- Operate laundry/cleaning equipment such as washers, dryers, and vacuums.
- clean rooms, Sort, fold, and organize clean laundry for distribution or storage
- Perform dry cleaning processes for delicate or specialized garments as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing workspaces
- Assist with the collection of soiled linens from designated areas and ensure proper handling for washing
- Follow safety protocols when handling chemicals and operating machinery to prevent accidents
- Support additional housekeeping tasks related to linen management to ensure a pristine environment
Requirements
- Prior experience in laundry operations or hotel housekeeping is highly preferred but not necessary.
- Knowledge of laundry procedures and cleaning hotel rooms including, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, washing, drying, folding, and dry cleaning techniques
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and quality standards
- Ability to operate laundry machinery safely and efficiently
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and maintain a hygienic workspace
