We’re looking for a Director who enjoys leading client engagements, developing people, and building lasting relationships—and wants a voice in the growth of the firm.
Your impact
- Lead accounting advisory engagements spanning audit and IPO readiness, technical accounting, and operational accounting.
- Serve as a trusted client partner, turning complex challenges into practical solutions.
- Coach and develop delivery teams while overseeing multiple projects.
- Help grow the practice through new opportunities, expanded client relationships, recruiting, and mentoring.
What you bring
- CPA and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
- 12 years of relevant experience in a Big Four, national accounting, consulting, or professional services firm, including 2 years at the Director level.
- A strong record of leading client engagements, managing projects, and developing teams.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to help build a growing practice.
- CFO or VP of Finance experience is a plus.

Base salary: $180,000–$250,000, based on experience, plus bonus.
Location: Candidates near our Oak Brook, IL headquarters are required to work in the office 3–4 days per week.
