A private equity–backed company is seeking an interim CFO to provide financial leadership
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead finance and accounting functions, ensuring accuracy in reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Drive cash flow forecasting to ensure liquidity and support strategic growth initiatives.
- Support potential M&A, growth investments, and other value-creation initiatives
- Lead and streamline month-end and year-end close, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
- Own financial statements and audit readiness
- Improve branch-level reporting (P&L by region/branch; enhance balance sheet visibility)
- Standardize financial data across systems
- Manage lender reporting and strengthen banking relationships
- Partner with leadership on acquisition integration
- Develop scalable financial processes and internal controls as the platform grows
