Interim CFO - PE Portco

A private equity–backed company is seeking an interim CFO to provide financial leadership

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead finance and accounting functions, ensuring accuracy in reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Drive cash flow forecasting to ensure liquidity and support strategic growth initiatives.
• Support potential M&A, growth investments, and other value-creation initiatives
• Lead and streamline month-end and year-end close, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
• Own financial statements and audit readiness
• Improve branch-level reporting (P&L by region/branch; enhance balance sheet visibility)
• Standardize financial data across systems
• Manage lender reporting and strengthen banking relationships
• Partner with leadership on acquisition integration
• Develop scalable financial processes and internal controls as the platform grows
